What a great place to stay! A stunning conversation and you get the whole place to yourself. The kitchen, single bedroom and bathroom are upstairs along with a balcony which has a lovely view. Two other bedrooms are downstairs. Everything you need is in the kitchen (microwave, hob, oven etc) along with lots of utensils. There a great little front garden again with seating and a lovely view.
Hosting was excellent, even coming out to meet us in the pouring ran of a storm.
We are family of five with three young children (3,4,5) and this place was perfect. As well as lots to do outside (the beach at low tide was fun evening in a stormy weekend),; the coastal walks were lovely. Inside there were plenty of things to occupy including a Wii and a Kindle Fire stick along with Sky (being February these did both get used in the evenings)

Really cosy place for a winter break. Brilliant location in a small and lovely hamlet, right on the coast. All the things you need in the property - Wi-Fi was good enough for a few work video calls and streaming - and then you can walk out into a beautiful location.

Lovely comfortable cottage/barn, immaculately clean and lovely finishing touches. Lovely hosts (next door) and such a peaceful, lovely village setting. Our 3boys had a lovely time and really enjoyed the walking and unspoiled beaches. Highly recommended indeed.

A great place for relaxing and enjoying the Cornish coast. Hosts have put a lot of thought into this let, was perfect for our family of five plus dog.

What a wonderful find. I am not sure you will find a more peaceful remote spot to stay on the south coast of Cornwall. The accommodation has everything you need and more. We had breakfast each morning on the small balcony, a perfect way to start the day.
Wonderful walks on the doorstep, Caerhays gardens were spectacular, loved Hemmick beach and also St Anthonys Head.
We will definitely return to explore more of the beautiful Roseland Peninsula.

We had such a great stay at Joanna's place. It was cosy yet spacious, lovely and warm on the frosty days. Fabulous walks straight from the door and Joanna has just the right balance of available but not intrusive. Definitely recommend :)
